I know this may be a long shot, but wanted to put it out there. Would it be possible to add if the provider can speak any English? Just a simple (No English, Basic, Conversational) would go a long way. This would help set expectation and selecting the right provider.
I've always been hesitant to setup an appointment with any Chinese, Japanese, or Korean provider due to the possible language barrier. I typically look at the reviews or ask other hobbyist for the insight. By the time I find out, the provider has moved on. I find it so unnatural to reach over for your phone to use the translator app to communicate with the provider.
I think if SA can provide language information on some provider, it would definitely set this site way ahead of other bookers.
