Why are Flowers listed as "Asian"?

I know that SA is a booker for C-Orgs. So by default, I assume all providers are "Chinese", unless it is stated they are from another country.

Recently, I noticed that a lof of the listings are now saying the flowers are "Asian". I was getting a bit confused. For example, the Anaheim HS has one flower listed as CN and the other as Asian. Does that mean that "Asian" flower isn't Chinese? I do like that many of the houses offer flowers from various Asian countries list Japan, Thailand, Korea, and Vietnam.

Would it be possible to specify which country they are from, instead of "Asian"?

I too see this often. I assume Chinese unless they say they are from somewhere else.

I dont see "CN" used as much anymore. Just "Asian".

It does make me curious if the flower i might see is Chinese or somewhere else.

To me personally - it dosnt matter because "Asian" is my favorite no matter from where. 🙂 , thats why i use SA a lot.

But it is nice to know before hand if CN or other. Not a big deal to me. But i understand.

desgv Dude.. awesome to hear you are a lover of Asian flowers !! I just like to mix it up. I want to try flowers that I've never experienced before. Makes it more interesting 🙂

Yup - im glad i found SA. Im a "yellow fever" type of guy. I like to mix it up too on PD and Tryst but keep coming back to SA most recently.

But i too am still confused about "Asian" and "CN" etc etc

desgv I've seen a bunch of flowers from HX, but they also have listing on PD. The weirdest thing is that they charge more on the PD Listing. I tried Tryst once and got burnt. So I've avoided that site.

I'm guessing that "Asian" is used when the exact ethnicity is either unknown or there is a reason not to disclose (as in provider is in witness protection program or something). Yes, I'm a little paranoid.
