Many florist and flowers post heavily photoshoped, old pictures, or "representation". Some are pretty good at it. Like the one you posted, it can be just bad. I use to get very annoyed, because you expect to get what you see. Other flowers often post headless pictures. I believe they do it to protect their identity and privacy.
Once I understood their perspective, I was less annoyed. I deal with the picture issue in two ways. I deal with a florist I trust. The florist knows what type of flower I enjoy and recommends them accordingly. The other way is to check the review from other hobbyists. There are always brave souls that TOFTT.
Don't get me wrong, some do post 'real' pictures. I just find it less common. I just focus on type of flower and experience, and that seems to work for me.
