原本站内信权限仅SA VIP以及商家用户可以使用，新版SA中我们调整了权限，所有认证用户组(

Originally, only SA VIPs and Business can use the PM (private message) feature; but in the new version of SA, we have adjusted the permission that all members in Verified Group() can also use the PM feature. 站内信（私密信件）| PM ( Private Message)
这里有三种方式可以发送站内信：
1、点击接受信件人的头像进入他的主页，点击右上角>发消息；
2、点击接受信件人的头像进入他的主页，在菜单中选择私密信件；
3、在本站首页菜单选择收件箱，新密信件，搜索用户，编辑内容，发送即可。

There are three ways to send a private message:
1、Click avatar of the recipient to enter his profile page, and click on the upper right corner > Send Message;
2、Click avatar of the recipient to enter his profile page, and select Private Messages in the menu;
3、In the home menu of this site, select Inbox, New private Message, search for the recipient, edit the content, and send it.
