Fix some known bugs;
Apply Gaussian blur effects to backgroud of top menu bar;
Remove the float twitter icon from main page.
Add Last Twitter code before footer.
Change "Start New Post" to "New Post" in English language page.
Add New section of tag - Flowers Tree, Access, View and Participate Permission for VIP group only.
