We work harder for site, and we want everyone could get fun in SA. Nowadays, for enhancing user experiences, we add Ticketsbeta and Knowledge Basebeta systems to site.
Tickets System: when you have some questions that need site admins to handle, and you don't want to other members to see that or show your sensitive information, then it can use Tickets system.
Knowledge Base: We will add "How to" articles and useful FAQ articles to this.

When to create a ticket?
It's important to know the difference between public community support and tickets.
For site bug reports, troubleshooting, suggesions or feedback, we prefer you to open a post in Admin Fort.
For account issues , private projects, verfied(new signups) or other kind of issues that require you to share sensitive information, you should open a private ticket.
Both private and public support in Admin Fort are handled by the SA Admins.
