After submitting a ticket, you can track its progress anytime through your account.
🔍 Steps to Check Your Ticket Status
Log in to your account.
Go to the My Tickets section (usually found in the Support Center).
View the list of tickets, including:
🟢 Ticket Status Types
Open – Your ticket is waiting for a staff reply.
In Progress – A staff member is actively reviewing your request.
Waiting on You – Additional info is needed from your side.
Resolved – Your issue has been handled and the ticket is closed.

Yes — click into your ticket and use the reply box to:
Add new information
Upload more files
Follow up on your issue
