📝 Steps to Submit a Ticket
Log in to your account.
Tickets can only be submitted by logged-in users.
Go to the Support Center.
Click the "Submit a Ticket" button at the top of the Ticket & Support page.
Choose the ticket category that best fits your issue:
Fill out the ticket form:
Subject: A short summary of your request
Details: Describe your issue clearly. Include links, usernames, or screenshots when helpful.
Attachments: You may upload relevant images or files to support your case.
Submit the form.
You’ll receive a confirmation and your ticket will be assigned a reference number.
