I do not think the ease of squirting is tied to any particular race. From my experience, it really comes down to the individual provider. Unless cosplay or squirting is listed on the menu, I would say its not on the table. These types of requests are typically easier when you work with an independent. Actually any fetishes is easier to deal with an independent.
Cosplay is actually a pretty interesting topic. Some providers may have a few specific outfit, but its never what I like. (its typically the cheesy stuff). If you are very specific on your outfit, some providers may be open to you providing them an outfit to wear. As I mentioned, these types of conversation is easier w/ with an independent, where you can chat with them directly. Most bookers and mamasan just don't have time for all these specific questions and requests. Either way, best of luck!!
